2 lb chicken breasts(boneless, skinless)
12 bouillon cubes
2 quarts of water
4 cups of Bisquick
1 1/3 cups milk
1 bag of Frozen veggies
salt & pepper
Slice chicken breasts into strips.
You need a LARGE pot, place chicken & bouillon in pot & cover with 2 qts water. Bring to a boil & simmer for about 20 mins or so.
When chicken is done remove it from the water & set aside.
Mix Bisquick & milk until a sticky dough forms. Drop spoonfuls of dough into hot chicken broth in pot. Simmer over low heat, covered 10 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes.
While your dough is cooking, boil your frozen veggies in a pot until tender. Or if you want you can use fresh veggies, it's just a lil more work.
Chop your chicken into bite size pieces & add to your veggies when they're done. Salt & pepper to taste.
When your dumplings are finished add your chicken & veggies into the Large pot. Stir to combine then ENJOY!
It's delicious, very tasty, & perfect for a rainy day or Fall/Winter :o)
